Neem contains nimbin which has been shown to be 4 times as effective as the steroid hydro-cortisone, but without side effects such as thinning of the skin, and nimbindin, another active ingredient is at least as effective as the non-steroidal drug phenylbutuzone used in hospitals (Cole, 2002) Relieves redness and itchiness while working to improve the quality and condition of you skin.
